1. Shipping Policy
+sano Beverage, operated by REFIDE LLC in Austin, Texas, ships alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Shipments are available only to locations where the sale and delivery of alcohol are legally permitted. You must be 21 years of age or older to receive delivery and a valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery.
2. Shipping Times and Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier availability. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Due to alcohol regulations, we are unable to ship to certain states or P.O. boxes. Orders placed for restricted locations will be canceled and refunded. We currently ship only within the United States.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at legal@sanobeverage.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns of alcoholic beverages are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after verification.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.
